Terms & Conditions

1)  All wholesale orders (FOB China/FOB LV) require 30% nonrefundable deposit before processing. Remaining balance “Settlement” (certified funds or bank wire) due prior to shipping.

2)  FOB China orders must include door-to-door shipping cost, pre-paid port fees & estimated U.S. Customs fees, payable prior to shipping. Tolerance Allowance of up to 15% (+/-) variance in shipping quantity.

3)  COD orders up to $5,000 with 30% deposit available upon approval.

4)  All Wholesale prices listed are CASH PRICE. Factory prices may vary.
