How much are your shipping charges?
Delivery Charges are based on weight and dimensions provided by the manufacturer as well as your recognized zip code. Shipping prices are noted on each item page. We guarantee delivery any where within the Continental U.S. within 5 days or less.
Because we're using specialized furniture carriers, we incur minimum charges for shipments. For this reason, it makes sense to order all your furniture together. Additional delivery charge applies to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and off shore islands. Some other exceptions apply - call for details 1-800-895-1828.
Is this put-together furniture like I have seen online or at Prestigefurnishing.com stores?
Yes, they come to you just as you see them in our photographs using time honored and innovated construction methods.
How long does it take to get an order?
The standard delivery time frame for the East Coast is 3 to 5 days; 2-3 days for the West Coast and other states.
Do you have any stores near me?
Prestigefurnishing.com Online Order Center does not have stores around the country. We do, however, have a great no-risk offer. When our delivery people bring in your furniture, take a good look at it. If it's not every bit as good as we say it is, simply send it back with them and there is absolutely no charge to you! If you come to Nevada, we welcome your visit at our Las Vegas stores.

How do I assemble my product?
Basic tools are required to assemble most products. Generally, you'll need a screw driver and possibly a hammer, though most products requiring assembly come with required tools.
Do you have instructions for assembling the item?

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
We proudly offer a guarantee that all products are accurately described and will give you the service you expect. If there are any problems with the quality of the materials or workmanship, we will adjust, repair or replace to your satisfaction.
What is the cancellation policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advanced. Please call 1-800-895-1828 and a customer service will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return authorization.
What is the return/exchange policy?Exchange and returns:
- Returns for manufacture defective items must be notified to Prestigefurnishing.com within 10 days from the invoice date.
- All returned items will be examined at Prestigefurnishing.com warehouse before any credit will be issued to the buyer´s account.
Please allow 5 working days for the necessary credit to be processed. Please note that there will be no cash refunds. Exchange and credit only.
- A new item will be shipped at charge while the returned item is being examined.
- Any claim for defective merchandise needs to be packed in Express original box. If original box is missing, a 15% restocking fee of the item price will be charged to the buyer.
- Any return/exchange pick up must be requested one day in advance prior to delivery. Prestigefurnishing.com drivers are not authorized to take an exchange or return without any paperwork on hand.
- Please kindly have the returned item ready at the time of delivery/pick up to avoid lateness on the next delivery stops. Pick up will be rescheduled if item is not ready.
- Credit deduction at the time of delivery is only allowed upon approval. All credits must be used within 12 months from the memo date.
- Please call 1-800-895-1828 and a Customer Service representative will assess your situation. If you have any doubts about color matching,
please request a sales consulting to send you color sample prior to placing your order should samples be available.
What if something is wrong with the furniture?
We strive to carry quality home furnishings and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition with optional white-glove service. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. Upon opening the contents of your order, and finding either a discrepancy or damage/missing part of your order, please contact directly at 1-800-895-1828.
